Founding and Managing Partner of Legalis, has a strong legal background. Prior to establishing Legalis, Mr. Sadiku served as the Legal Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kosovo. His experience includes active involvement in drafting numerous laws, working with other law firms, and holding the position of Projects Manager in local NGOs and international organizations. He also worked as a Human Rights Trainer for different stakeholders. With expertise spanning Corporate Law, Business Law, Commercial Law and Arbitration, Mr. Sadiku brings valuable knowledge to the Legalis team.
Founding Partner of Legalis, has been actively involved in the legal profession for more than two decades. Bekim Sejdiu is Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina. Mr. Sejdiu has served as a Judge at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo. Before being appointed in his role in the judiciary, Mr. Sejdiu served as the first Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to the Republic of Turkiye and as the Consul General of the Republic of Kosovo in New York. Mr. Sejdiu serves as a legal consultant for some international organizations, as well as a trainer for the Kosovo Bar Association and Justice Academy of Kosovo.
Founding Partner at Legalis, Mehdi Geci has a rich legal experience in public and private sector. After completing the university studies, Mr. Geci worked initially at the District Prosecutor’s Office. Afterwards, Mr. Geci has served as legal advisor to the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo; Head of the Oversight Board for the Civil Servants of Kosovo; Director of the Administration at the Food and Veterinary Agency, and lately, Deputy-Ombudsperson of Kosovo. After leaving the public sector, and before joining Legalis, Mr. Geci had established Mehdi Geci Attorney Office.
